Vistra collaborates with Fenergo to deliver frictionless onboarding for clients

To further this vision, Vistra’s Global Incorporations team is collaborating with Fenergo to deploy their SaaS-based CLM product to digitally transform processes for global entity onboarding, KYC and ongoing due diligence.

Fenergo’s end-to-end API-first solution encompasses a deep regulatory content and rules engine. This will digitalise and accelerate onboarding journeys for Vistra’s Global Incorporations clients, while ensuring their compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
