Not every change in client data carries risk. But without a way to tell the difference, analysts end up reviewing everything. That means the changes that actually matter get lost in the same queue as routine edits.
KYRA:Signal fixes the triage problem. It assesses client and related-party data changes against approved policy rules and classifies each one as significant, insignificant or undetermined. Rationale, action and outcome are recorded in Fenergo. Material change gets reviewed. Routine noise moves on.
KYRA:Signal delivers:
- Classification of each client and related-party data change as significant, insignificant or undetermined, using approved natural-language policy rules.
- Related-party changes including roles, ownership, control, residence and risk-rating, assessed alongside the main entity in the same review path.
- Routine updates that meet policy, progressed without analyst intervention. Only material changes route for review.
- Analyst control to confirm, challenge or override any classification, with every reviewer action captured to create a complete and defensible record.
- Signal, rationale, override and final outcome, all recorded inside the governed Fenergo System of Record. Nothing leaves the workflow unrecorded.
- Operational monitoring across signal volumes, significant outcomes, insignificant outcomes, undetermined outcomes, overrides and autocompletion rates.
KYRA:Signal is orchestrated by KYRA inside Fenergo's governed workflows. When change is detected, it determines what needs review under policy, with rationale, inside Fenergo.
