Task evaluation happens before user presentation. During pre-processing, the Autocompletion
Agent assesses each task against policy rules. If all conditions are met, the task is completed
without user intervention and removed from work queues.
If a task cannot be autocompleted — for example, due to missing documentation — users
receive a notification and the task appears in their queue for manual review, preserving
workflow continuity.

In this example, the Autocompletion Agent did not complete the Data Collection task, so the
user has received a notification indicating that a new task requires manual input.
