Multi-Turn Conversations with Persistent Context
KYRA publishes a publicly readable profile at a standard web address. Any external system can
read that profile in a single request with no prior setup or coordination needed. The profile tells
the connecting system what the agent is called, what version it is running, what it can do and
what security credentials are required to use it.
All KYRA connections are secured using industry-standard access tokens. Two access methods
are supported. The first is for automated system-to-system processes where no individual
user is involved. The second is for situations where a real user needs to authorize the request. In
those cases, the user's identity, role permissions and individual audit record all travel with the
connection. An additional safeguard on every request ensures that access tokens issued for one
institution cannot be used to reach another institution's data.
When a conversation begins, KYRA assigns it a unique identifier. Every follow-up message in that
conversation is linked to the same identifier, so KYRA remembers everything discussed in prior
steps. This makes it possible to run complex multi-step compliance processes such as a full
client onboarding or an enhanced due diligence review without having to re-explain context at
each stage. If a task pauses because it is waiting for input, a second identifier lets the process
pick up exactly where it left off.
Enterprise-Grade Authentication
Connected systems are never left uninformed. Where a task completes quickly, KYRA returns
the result directly. Where a task is longer-running, KYRA acknowledges receipt immediately and
notifies your system when the work is complete. Updates arrive continuously so your systems
and users stay informed throughout. If the connection drops mid-task, a single call re-attaches
to the same task and resumes from where it stopped. No work is lost and no restart is needed.
