Astorg and Bridgepoint Complete Fenergo Acquisition
Dublin, 28th July 2021 – Fenergo, the leading provider of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) software solutions for financial institutions, is pleased to announce the conclusion of its acquisition by Astorg and Bridgepoint. The transaction completed following approval by the European Commission.
