Fenergo Announced As One Of Ireland’s Best Managed Companies

09 March 2016, Dublin Ireland – Fenergo, the leading provider of Client Lifecycle Managementsoftware solutions for financial institutions, has been named as one of Ireland’s ‘Best Managed’ companies in the Deloitte Best Managed Companies Awards Programme at an awards gala dinner in Dublin’s Convention Centre on 4 March 2016.

The awards event marked the eighth year of the Deloitte Best Managed Companies awards programme, in association with Barclays Bank Ireland. The awards recognises indigenous Irish companies across Ireland which are operating at the highest levels of business performance.

Commenting on the award, Colm Heffernan, COO, Fenergo said: “We are delighted to have been recognised as a Best Managed Company for the first time. Fenergo was also commended earlier in the day at the Deloitte Best Managed Symposium for Best Submission in the Capability category for its proactive and successful approaches to sales and marketing, raising capital, managing finances and capitalising on the use of R&D and technology.

Sixteen companies from around Ireland were awarded Best Managed status for the first time this year, following a lengthy qualification and judging process in which the complete performance of a business is assessed, moving beyond finances to such areas as operational excellence, strategy, and human resource processes. The awards also recognised:

  • 11 platinum award winners that have retained their Best Managed status for seven consecutive years;
  • 18 gold award winners that have retained their Best Managed status for four consecutive years;
  • 70 re-qualifying companies that have upheld the standard of a Deloitte Best Managed Company, following a comprehensive review process.
