These were a few of the strategic objectives of StoneX, a global and financial services network that provides institutional financial services to clients across various sectors, which recently engaged Fenergo to transform its Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) process and deliver an exceptional client experience.

StoneX adopted Fenergo’s end-to-end CLM platform to redesign and transform its client onboarding processes with the customer at the center. Fenergo connects into the StoneX ecosystem to allow operational staff, customers, and relationship management staff to interact in the same way while using the same data and documents.
The firm was facing major operational challenges while using internal workflows for CLM. StoneX chose Fenergo as it aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Implementing Fenergo allows StoneX to provide a better client experience, including initial client onboarding, adding new products and services for its clients, and conducting the required ongoing KYC refreshes.
