Fenergo Appoints Three Senior Executives to Drive Next Phase of AI Innovation and Product Leadership
DUBLIN, Ireland – 30th October 2025 – Fenergo, a global leader in AI-powered client lifecycle management (CLM) and financial crime compliance solutions, today announced the appointment of three senior executives to strengthen its product leadership further and drive AI innovation. Sharon Bodkin joins as Vice President, Banking Product; Neil D’Rosario as Vice President, Buyside Product; and Adam McLaughlin as Director of Financial Crime Product. All appointments are effective immediately.
These strategic hires mark the next phase in Fenergo’s mission to enable financial institutions to perform every financial crime and CLM task on a single, unified platform. Each executive brings a depth of expertise that will enhance Fenergo’s CLM and financial crime solutions, delivering efficiency and productivity gains while reducing regulatory risk across the financial services sector.

Sharon Bodkin, formerly with Citigroup where she spent 28 years, joins Fenergo as Vice President, Banking Product. During her tenure at Citi, she held a variety of roles in securities fund services, treasury and trade solutions and KYC. She led the Client Lifecycle Simplification transformation program, driving significant technology, policy and process enhancements across over 90 countries. Sharon oversaw financial crime KYC risk and controls globally, delivering measurable improvements in client experience, cost optimization and regulatory alignment. Sharon’s extensive domain knowledge and experience will guide Fenergo’s banking portfolio roadmap strategy.
Adam McLaughlin assumes the role of Director of Financial Crime Product, bringing nearly 20 years of experience across law enforcement, financial services and technology sectors. A recognized financial crime expert, Adam previously served as Global Director of Financial Crime Strategy and AML Subject Matter Expert at Nice Actimize, where he developed and executed comprehensive strategies to help firms manage and mitigate financial crime risk. Prior to that, he managed corporate and institutional banking financial crime compliance in EMEA for JP Morgan. Adam’s expertise in understanding evolving regulatory expectations, emerging threats and technology solutions will guide Fenergo’s financial crime product roadmap and innovation strategy.
Neil D’Rosario joins as Vice President, Buyside Product, following his role as Global Product Lead and Senior Vice President at Northern Trust. Neil brings over 20 years’ experience transforming and modernizing asset servicing at banks including Citigroup and JP Morgan. Neil most recently led a team of specialized product managers in Northern Trust and was responsible for defining strategy and objectives across global fund services, encompassing transfer agency, private capital, fund accounting, digital assets, depository services and data delivery. Neil, who spearheaded the implementation of the Fenergo solution at Northern Trust, has a deep understanding of product strategy and client experience and will be instrumental in advancing Fenergo’s buyside offerings.
