Fenergo nominated by industry compliance and financial services professionals
Fenergo, the leading provider of client onboarding, compliance and loan portfolio management software solutions, was presented with an award for the Best Customer Onboarding Solution at the ninth annual Compliance Register Platinum Awards held in London.
The awards, which were hosted by the Compliance Register, the international organisation for compliance professionals and senior executives in the financial services industry, aim to recognise individuals and companies for exemplary service to compliance and regulation. Most of the companies presented with awards on the night received nominations from industry professionals in addition to being vetted by a panel of judges who determined the winner of each category.
Fenergo was nominated by compliance and onboarding professionals for its high professional service standards, excellent ongoing customer service and good industry reputation. In addition, a number of nominations commented on the flexibility of the company’s flagship product, Fenergo Client Onboarding Lifecycle Management solution, describing it as “well thought out and capable of factoring in dependencies for the various stages of onboarding” and “a leader in technology for onboarding workflow tool”.
Commenting on the prestigious win, Marc Murphy, CEO of Fenergo, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to win the award for Best Customer Onboarding Solution, but we’re even prouder of the fact that we were nominated by professionals working in the industry – in other words the users of our solutions. This is testament to the fact that the Fenergo is a clear leader of client onboarding and know your customer (KYC) solutions to the banking industry”.
The Fenergo Client Onboarding Lifecycle Management solution is specifically designed to help financial institutions to increase revenue through a quicker, more efficient and more transparent process that spans the entire client lifecycle – from initial onboarding, compliance, new account opening, client tiering and prioritisation, and client servicing and account management – whilst maintaining the highest level of compliance with new and emerging regulations.
“Our Client Onboarding Lifecycle Management solution works on the principle of enhanced client visibility. By creating intelligent links between all the client data and documentation lying in various data repositories across the bank, it is possible to develop a single, more holistic picture of the client, and all the individuals and entities associated with the client, helping financial institutions to serve their clients better, improve upsell and cross-sell opportunities and protect their institution against client risk exposure,” explains Murphy.
Ben Goh, chairman of the Compliance Register said, “I would like to congratulate Fenergo on its well-deserved award win. The Compliance Register Platinum Awards aims to give recognition to those firms and individuals who continuously strive towards best practice and the delivery of superior customer service. The nominations that Fenergo received noted the company not only for its Customer Onboarding Solution, but for its professionalism and ability to serve its clients”.
In addition to presenting awards recognising industry excellence, the Compliance Register Platinum Awards also raised much-needed funds for the Caron Keating Foundation.
